St Anton Passed On To Lech And Zurs (St Anton, Lech)

Well, I've had enough of St Anton. I found a place quite close to the main area, but she made me book it for 5 nights instead of 3. I walk up the top of this hill, then I get there are she says where is the other person, it is a double. I had already told her at the start that I was a single person. I also went to the bank and the teller told me that non of the banks here will give me any money, but that in the town of Lech there are about 4. So, it's off to Lech I go.

The bus ride through St Christopher, Zuch into Lech was pretty awesome. You travel through tunnels and there are barriers that I guess do something to stop avalanches. I can't say I was that convinced though. I actually like Lech more than St Anton. It just felt nicer. The banks even give me money here, awesome! Lech also won some award for being the best town in Europe. I got a nice place that was only a few minutes walk to the main area of town and the ski hire and lifts. It was the only place left not pushing nearly $200 Australian or more a night. Book ahead when planning your ski trip in Austria!

I think the Austrians are hooked on Full House and perhaps have a channel totally dedicated to them. This is at least the fourth episode in a row. I don't think I should turn the TV on anymore.
